Just a quick heads-up: I’ll be remaking this blog site—again.

I recently found a new static site generator (SSG) that just feels better to work with. After using it on another project, I’ve decided to move this blog over as well. The tool is called Astro, and I’ve been using the Astro Starlight theme to build an informational website for the new Destination Thailand Visa. So far, Astro seems like a great fit for my needs.

It’s looking like building websites for passion projects might be my thing going forward. I'd love to try monetizing them eventually, but since I’ve been out of the game for a while, there’s definitely a learning curve. Still, I’d really like to boost my income a bit over time.

I've got more projects—and ideas for projects—that I’d like to create and eventually monetize. But one step at a time, so I don’t burn out faster than a birthday candle.
